Returns & refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Food items may have limited return eligibility for safety reasons — see below.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
Perishable and opened food products may not be eligible for return. Other items may be returnable within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging, at our discretion. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless we shipped in error.

Email the address on our Contact page with your order ID (available in My orders when you are signed in).
