Processing time

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier transit times vary by destination and service level.

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package details, and selected service. Taxes and shipping costs are displayed before payment confirmation.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information appears in your customer account when signed in, and may also be sent by email.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delays

Delivery delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, or force majeure are outside our direct control. We will help with carrier claims whenever possible.
